Kerosene TS 1 is a type of fuel that is obtained by distillation or rectification of petroleum products.

It is a combustible mixture of liquid hydrocarbons: aliphatic; naphthenic; unsaturated; bicyclic. The total mass fraction of aromatic hydrocarbons in kerosene technical according to GOST does not exceed 22%. The composition may include impurities of sulfur (not more than 0.2%), nitrogenous or oxygen compounds.

Applications

In the production of paints and varnishes (paint PF - 115, oil paint MA - 15, antibacterial impregnation for wooden structures and elements). In addition, some manufacturers of paints and varnishes use kerosene as a substitute for white spirit, the production of which has recently decreased markedly - for degreasing surfaces, making or diluting shale and rubber bitumen mastic, washing parts. TS-1 kerosene can be used as a fuel in household lighting and heating devices. It also perfectly cleans any construction tools from paint.
