Solvex Metallic Thinner with Low Evaporation Rate is a mixture of volatile organic liquids. It is used in car repair with base enamels with metallic and pearlescent effects. This product is designed for use on large surfaces, such as car sides or entire cars, at normal temperatures. It is also suitable for use in painting operations at high temperatures (above +25 °C). The optimal application temperature range is between +20 °C and +35 °C. Solvex Metallic Thinner with Low Evaporation Rate provides optimal "grain" spreadability and stabilization in the film, eliminating the defect of "milkiness" staining on complex and light colors, reducing the probability of "oversparay" when painting large surfaces, and increasing the drying time of the paint coating under normal conditions. Additionally, it has a high diluting ratio, making it suitable for cleaning painting equipment and degreasing metal surfaces. It is imperative that the instructions provided by the paint manufacturer for the preparation of the working mixture be strictly followed when diluting. Gradually add thinner to the working mixture, ensuring thorough mixing by hand or mechanical means until a homogeneous consistency is achieved.

The thinner is toxic. High concentration of vapors in the air of working area causes irritation of eyes, respiratory organs. Long-term skin exposure may cause eczema, dermatitis. In the event of contact with the skin or mucous membranes of the eyes, immediately rinse with plenty of running water. Any work with the thinner should be carried out in an outdoor area or a room with through (induced) ventilation. It is imperative that the appropriate personal protective equipment, including gloves, a respirator, goggles, and overalls, be utilized, and that all industrial sanitation requirements be observed.
